Christal Spata is the Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility, the Assistant to the President and also supports the Energy Portfolio. Christal joined the Council in August of 2009. Christal graduated with honors from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelors of Science in International Economics. Christal spent two years working on development projects and one year on a senate campaign.
