Putri R. Alam is the Director of Information Services and the Information Communication Technology (ICT) Working Group. Putri develops and manages the Council's ICT member companies' activities. In this capacity, she has coordinated several ICT business missions to the region, as well as ICT regional forum. She also develops and maintains the Council's website and the Council's internal Information Technology (IT) system.

Putri first joined the Council as an intern in 1999, working in Information Services. She was then hired to be the Manager of Information Services, where she transformed the Council's website into a dynamic, data-driven site. She developed ASEAN's only web-based database for the ASEAN Free Trade Agreement (AFTA) Common Economic Preferential Tariff (CEPT) scheme.

Putri holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the George Washington University. She is a native Indonesian, and resides in Northern Virginia.
