Find AFTA Tariff Rates -- Page is Under Construction

This page has been set up to allow users to search for the tariff rates for products under the Common Effective Preferential Tariff (CEPT) of the ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA). To find CEPT tariff rates, please select the country you are interested in (only one country per search) and enter in the ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN) number. For best results, please enter either a four-digit or an eight-digit AHTN code (example: 2401 or 2401.10.10). For better search, please use % sign for wildcards or spaces (example: clove%cigarette). Otherwise, you may not get complete results. For the Philippines you must know that AHTN code to search the database.

All matching results will be displayed in a table that will show the HS number, product description, and CEPT tariff rates for the next several years. The most-favored-nation (MFN) tariff rate will be displayed alongside the CEPT rates. The tables will also indicate into what category of the CEPT a given product falls - N for Normal Track, F for Fast Track, E Exclusion, S for Sensitive, and G for General Exception.
